Frequently Asked Questions
What vaccinations are required for campers?
Our medical practices are designed around the latest AVMA recommendations and City of Los Angeles requirements. All campers will need to be up to date on their FVRCP and Rabies vaccine and will need to have had a SNAP test for FELV and FIV done within the last 6 months to be eligible for group play.
Can I check in on my beloved cat during their stay?
Of course! Every cabin is equipped with a camera that you will be able access 24 hours a day. We will also send pictures and video of your furry friends and can be reached by phone or text during normal hours with concerns or requests.
What if there is a medical emergency?
Owned and operated by a registered veterinary technician, we are uniquely prepared for unforeseen medical situations. In dire circumstances we can provide transport to our local vet or to a veterinary ER of your choosing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can be flexible and accept all major cards, cash, checks, etc. Please note that payment in full is required before a stay begins but we will happily provide refunds if a stay is cut short for any reason.
